“Navigating the role of Founder President and Secretary General in a volunteer organization and an orphanage has been an extraordinary journey of purpose and impact. Overseeing the operations of a volunteer-driven initiative while also nurturing the lives of orphaned children has been a unique challenge that has enriched my life in countless ways. Coordinating the efforts of passionate volunteers, each driven by a desire to make a difference, has taught me the art of effective leadership and collaboration. Simultaneously, being intricately involved in the lives of the children at the orphanage, witnessing their growth and guiding their paths, has reaffirmed the profound significance of genuine care and mentorship. Balancing administrative tasks with personal connections, I’ve learned that empowering both volunteers and vulnerable youth requires a delicate balance of strategy and compassion. This multifaceted experience has deepened my understanding of the human spirit’s capacity for kindness and transformation, cementing my commitment to making a lasting positive change in the lives of those we serve.”

As a music teacher in several reputed schools and colleges of Nepal, I still always want to serve here in the organization as my heart is always ready to serve our kids and the social organization. Witnessing the blossoming connections between volunteers and children, as they share the joy of music and personal growth, reinforces the immense potential for positive change that arises from uniting for a common cause within the community. “Working as Treasurer and a child teacher and a volunteer coordinator within an orphanage and a volunteer organization has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. Guiding the intellectual and emotional development of the children at the orphanage, while also orchestrating the efforts of dedicated volunteers, has granted me a unique perspective on the power of education and community engagement. Each day brings fresh opportunities to witness the sparkle in the children’s eyes as they grasp new concepts, and to see the volunteers’ enthusiasm as they channel their energy into meaningful projects. Striking a balance between hands-on teaching and efficiently coordinating volunteer activities has honed my organizational skills and empathy alike. Through this experience, I’ve come to appreciate the symbiotic relationship between education and community support, realizing that the impact we make goes beyond textbooks—it extends to fostering a sense of belonging and nurturing a spirit of giving back among both the children and volunteers, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.”
